Yoga means union of body, mind and spirit. It is alchemy in movement. It gives us tools to transform negative events, feelings and emotions into beautiful pots of gold. We learn to slow down, breathe, meditate and clear the cobwebs from our energetic bodies, gradually peeling off the veils that prevented us from seeing our own inner beauty and to connect with our own inner strength. What matters in Yoga is the journey, which is internal, yet manifests itself through our whole body: physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

Marie Angeline's classes are about much more than just yoga. They incorporate a spiritual element, a meditative practice and yoga that is catered to the level of the participants perfectly.
