A shamanic Meditation with the energy of re-birthing to re-attune with your own inner light, your own inner star, through a guided meditation with the sound of the shamanic drum. This is a time of regeneration, parks and gardens exude with bright colours and as we finally leave behind the darkness of the winter months, a glimmer of hope enters our eyes and our hearts as we are given an opportunity of stepping more fully into the light. The fee for the evening is €20 (concession €15). All welcome. No previous experience required.
Spiritual Yoga Holiday in South India

Beautiful unspoiled beaches lead to a warm clear sea; the gentle rolling of the houseboats along the backwaters is truly relaxing; the authentic ayurveda treatments help in soothing the spirit; the culture and spirituality of this ancient locality will absorb every single inch of our being.
We will work with the energy of colours, essential oils, the Chakra system and Aura-Soma in this truly magical place. The theme for this spiritual holiday is “Break free from attachments and reclaim your true authentic self in a relaxing, enjoyable and serene atmosphere.”
