Healing Yoga



Gentle Yoga Monday 6.45 pm to 8.15 pm

Stretching and strengthening yoga Tuesday 10 am to 11.30 am & 8 pm to 9.30 pm


These Healing Yoga classes are held in Om Shanti Studio Sandyford and combine the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga with the Aura-Soma Colour Care System.

Small numbers, individual attention, with each class tailored to the needs of those present.

Getting into the pose

Non-verbal practices, such as Yoga, can assist us in reprogramming our whole self, giving an opportunity to heal ourselves with our loving presence, and the integrated changes overflow into how we live in the world.  Through our practice of Yoga we are connecting with something greater than our small selves.
