The Aura-Soma Colour Care System facilitates the connection between our light being and the light of our physical body. This connection is expressed primarily through colour and helps us to become aware of the light within ourselves and the energies of light that surround us. Through the language of colour, we understand what our choices say about our deepest needs and gifts, and we receive support in understanding our light body and that we are beings of light.
The Aura-Soma Colour system gives us an opportunity as practitioner to sit with the client and to open a space between us where the client can come to a quiet space within him or herself, reflect on his or her situation, retrieving from deep within what was present in his or her subconscious mind, see his or her own reflection, his or her own light, and what is needed to unblock the situation. All of this occurs organically. As a facilitator, my role is to make this possible by creating a safe space where the client feels comfortable enough to move deeper within him or herself and connect with his or her own intuition, draw his or her own conclusions while I gently stir the conversation to allow that process to unfold.
This is totally non-intrusive in the sense that through the whole process, the Aura-Soma practitioner does not impose his will or ideas on the clients, instead, it is the client who chooses the bottles and the client who decides how deep the session goes depending on what is necessary at any given moment and what the client is ready to look at. The Aura-Soma Colour Care System has to do with depth, relatedness, heart, and personal substance. As an Aura-Soma practitioner, our role is to witness what the soul presents to us. When you regard the soul with an open mind, you begin to find the messages that lie behind a specific condition, you allow more of it to be seen and experienced and for the client to reclaim ownership of it and to find a new way to care for the soul in all the little ways.
This allows the soul to emerge to the surface more fully and for the client to reclaim and heal any part of his or her soul that had separated from source due to challenging circumstances. This “home coming” occurs through creating a safe space where the client has the possibility to reconnect and gently nurture deepest aspects of him or herself and give these a creative expression without the fear of being judged, rejected or ignored.
